Three stunning holiday cottages set in a coutyard of converted brick and sandstone building situated in a small village location between the old market towns of Newport & Market Drayton. All three cottages have underfloor heatting, original beams and features with a modern decor.

The Old Shippon has four bedroom, (sleeping 8 or 10) one bathroom, one shower room and a large fully fitted kitchen/diner all on one level with three steps down to the living room which has an upstairs mezzanine above witha sofa bed if the extra room is needed, this cottage has a large private garden with patio area table & chairs and fantastic views over the open countryside a great place to relax and see if you can spot the kingfisher on the river or let the children run off some steam whilst you settle down with a favourite book and glass of wine.

Churn cottage has two bedrooms one double & one twin room, a wetroom showerroom, living room and kitchen diner, all on one level making this cottage ideal for small children, the less able or assisted wheelchair users. Double patio doors in the living room open up to a patio area and enclosed garden which has views over the fields where the farm cattle & sheep graze.

The Stables is on the opposite side of the yard to the other two cottages and has three bedrooms all ensuite or with a private bathroom sleeping 7 in total, one double bedroom with ensuite wet room is downstairs and suitble for assisted wheelechair users. There is also a large fully fitted kitchen/diner and living room area with doors out to a patio area with tables, chairs & sun umbrella the perfect place for that moring cup of coffee.  

Sambrook is a lovely little village about 2 miles from the A41 and easy reach of many tourist attractions, there are lots of walks from the cottage with maps and guides provided and a lovely pub serving local ales and fantastic food within easy walking distance from the cottage (approx 1/2 mile) All off road parking.

All linen, towels, heat, elelctric & WiFi are included.  Door ramps, a wheeled shower chair, shower stool, furniture risers and a walking frame are all availbe for use in either Churn cottage or The Stables.  Cots & high charis are also available.
