About
Fordhall Organic Farm, in Market Drayton, near Telford, is England’s first community-owned farm (with over 8000 landlords across the world!) and a great attraction for all to enjoy.
The farm is free to visit and is a great place to experience first hand how small-scale farming, connected to the local community, offers a viable way of life for generations to come.
As England’s first community owned farm, Fordhall is a great place for a day out for the whole family with Farm Trails, Farm Shop, and Arthur’s Farm Kitchen café. The farm has been chemical free for over 65 years, and it rears cattle, sheep and pigs on an outdoor extensive grazing system.
Fordhall Organic Farm is also a great place to stay, with magical glamping holidays in the handmade Mongolian yurts.
There is so much to explore and enjoy at Fordhall and with their seasonal events and activities everyone can enjoy a day of fun at the farm.
