Gin tasting
After checking in to one of our luxurious bedrooms, head down to the Cellar Bar and enjoy an afternoon of gin tasting.
At Weston, we have a range of three artisan gins that are inspired by the produce in the gardens and the seasons on the estate.
Weston Park's Gin is distilled by Wrekin Sprit, a local gin distillery in Kynnersley, Telford. Learn more about how Weston's Gin is distilled, and try it for yourself!
Five course dinner
Enjoy a six course dinner that is as grand as its setting. Showcasing the best seasonal ingredients that are harvested from Weston's Walled Garden, Autumn is the best season to enjoy a taste of the Weston Park estate.
From Guinea fowl and wild mushroom ballotine, pressed potato rosti, butternut squash, blackberry jus to Mr Moyden's blue cheese Brulée, parmesan shortbread, Wrekin white doughnut - indulge this Autumn at A Taste of Weston.
Luxurious accomodation
After enjoying an indulgent six course meal, head up to one of 27 luxurious bedrooms, with king sized beds, fluffy pillows and rainfall showers, for a restful nights sleep.
In the morning, wake up to vistas across the 1,000 acres of wonderful and head downstairs to enjoy a delicious homecooked English breakfast.
Cooking demonstration
With Weston's estate to plate ethos at the heart of everything they do, their cooking demonstration on Sunday morning, led by Sous Chef Samantha Lawley, will showcase how the estates food goes from estate to plate.

Tour of the Walled Garden
The Walled Garden is the beating heart of all the good food that is served on the estate.
