Niki Webster, the creative force behind Rebel Recipes, will be cooking up a feast for the first Supper Club of the season.
Niki creates the most mouthwatering plant-based recipes, brimming with the goodness of fresh, seasonal, vegetables. Her culinary creations have earned her accolades and a devoted social media following of over 350,000.
In 2015, Niki launched Rebel Recipes, a groundbreaking food blog and also co-hosts the popular podcast, 'What the Focaccia,' where she delves into the intersection of food and sustainability, sharing valuable insights and perspectives. She is also the author of six cookbooks.
Following an aperitif (included) supper will be served outside in the garden, under canvas in the magical silver birch glade. You will be seated at a long table, and served a wave menu of various dishes showcasing the seasonal foods the farm offers. Wine and beer will be available to purchase, as will soft drinks, tea and coffee.
Comfortable shoes compulsory!
In the unlikely event that rain is anticipated the event will be held in the farms newly refurbished loft - no refunds wil be offered in the event of bad weather.
