Join The Severn Gorge Countryside Trust for a nature collecting, identifying, and exploratory painting experience. Suitable for beginners, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to learn some unconventional painting techniques to create your very own work of art based on nature.

The session will last approximately 3 hours. The first half will involve a short walk where participants will be directed to seek and collect items of interest from trees and vegetation that inspire them. Following the walk, Pam the event lead will demonstrate various painting techniques, after which there will be a short break.

In the second half of the session, participants will practice and use the taught techniques, along with others they discover for themselves, to apply and mix various colours and compose expressive works in paint that appeal to them.

All materials will be provided, making this workshop ideal for beginners.
